Late last month, we told you GSA's to join . A big get for Acquisition Solutions. But I have been hearing that there was another big name to come. Well, here it is.Diann McCoy, a component acquisition executive at the Defense Information Systems Agency, is joining oversaw and managed the agency’s $3 billion information technology acquisition program to support the Defense Department’s network-centric vision. And she set up the organizational structure and procedures for overseeing more than 256 major IT programs." Acquisition Solutions, Inc. is pleased to announce today that Diann McCoy has joined the company. Ms. McCoy will join the leadership team, contributing to the company’s rapidly expanding business with the federal government.
Ms. McCoy recently retired from her position as the Component Acquisition Executive at the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) after more than 36 years of federal service with 18 years at the executive level. In addition to more than a decade of service in a variety of executive positions at DISA, she also contributed at the executive levels at the Office of the Secretary of Defense and the Air Force.
Presidential Rank Distinguished/Meritorious Service, DOD Distinguished Civilian Service, Federal 100 and the Technology Award for Government Leadership represent just a few of the awards that Ms. McCoy has received in recognition of her contributions in her federal service career.
