New deputy public printer named at GPO

Paul Erickson has been appointed as deputy public printer of the Government Printing Office.
He has worked as managing director at Polestar Sheffield, a printing firm in Sheffield, England.

Erickson, who has about 30 years of printing experience, will supervise the unit of Security and Intelligent Documents that handles passport production. His duties include supervision of several areas within printing such as procurement, sales and distribution.

He holds a bachelor's degree in printing management from South Dakota State University.
