Letter: Top-down leadership, inspiration needed

Regarding "": First, thank you again for the leadership you provided while you served this country as administrator of OFPP. Thank you for the leadership you continue to provide even though you have left government.We're beyond sustaining reforms at this point, we have to reinvigorate them and then move forward. To do that we need leadership from the top that will inspire the folks at the front line. We also need folks at the front line who have the time to think and the time to manage their work instead of mills where they are forced to push work through just to keep their heads above water. They also need the tools that will allow them to leverage their capabilities.I hope the next administration will provide both the leadership at the top we lack and the resources we need to make sure that the taxpayer gets a return on their tax dollars.
