The people who will lead President-elect Obama’s review teams for the Departments of Treasury, State and Defense, the first of the transition’s agency review teams to be set up, have been named, according to the Wall Street Journal.
Those and other teams to be named will review key department and agencies in government and the White House to provide Obama and his future vice-president Joe Biden with the information needed to make policy, budgetary and personnel decisions before the inauguration.
Agency review team co-chairs who will oversee the review process were also named, along with members of the transition’s Agency Review Working Group, the Wall Street Journal reported.
