Tim Young, who spearheaded the Office of Management and Budget’s e-government and information technology revival, is leaving Nov. 21.
Tim Young, who spearheaded the Office of Management and Budget’s e-government and information technology revival, is leaving Nov. 21, according to the DorobekInsider.com blog.
It’s widely known that Young has been looking for a private-sector job and had been considering several offers, but there’s no word yet on where he’s going. He was appointed deputy director at the OMB last December. The post was made a career position, and Young was replaced by Interior CIO Michael Howell in September, DorobekInsider reports.
