Senior Vice President of Homeland Security and Program Management
ICF Corp.
Robinson leads an ICF group that generates $65 million in revenue and develops practice methodologies for program and information technology management, including cybersecurity. In addition, Robinson was elected vice chairman of the Industry Advisory Council in 2009 and will become chairman later this year.
“As IAC vice chair, Andy took on key leadership roles that have had high impact,” said Dan Chenok, senior vice president and general manager at Pragmatics. “Andy expanded IAC’s importance to congressional staff through the Congressional Working Group, and he developed IAC’s Intellectual Property Response Process, which enabled the organization to work with the Veterans Affairs Department on the VistA [electronic medical record] initiative. In addition, Andy continues to go out of his way to mentor young leaders, retiring executives and small businesses.”
Robinson expanded his ICF group by 15 percent in 2009, to about 250 employees. In addition, he helped federal chief information officer Vivek Kundra solicit industry feedback on the Obama administration’s online IT dashboard, which shares details on the government's IT projects with agencies and the public.
