NSPS releases new pay pool info

The National Security Personnel System Transition Office this week released online pay pool tools and guides for the 2010 pay pool reconciliation process.

Two sets of tools are available to address two different employees groups: those transitioning from NSPS between July 3 and Dec. 19, and employees who will transition after Jan. 1, the transition office said.

About three quarters, or 172,000 NSPS-covered DoD employees, have been transferred out of the discontinued pay-for-performance system.
