For federal officials wondering if their agency’s website is user-friendly, General Services Administration officials are willing to help them figure that out, according to a new report.
GSA’s First Fridays Product Testing Program will review websites that receive a lot of traffic and have known flaws. A team of officials will scan the sites and discuss ways to improve them, GovernmentExecutive.com reported Dec. 13.
