Kathy Conrad has been an active, effective leader in the federal IT community for a long time, and her work last year as vice chairwoman of TechAmerica’s Federal IT Dashboard Task Group continues that legacy.

In that role, she facilitated in-depth sessions with industry executives and government advisers to develop a succinct set of compelling recommendations for improving the IT Dashboard. The recommendations served as a catalyst for the Office of Management and Budget’s IT management reform plan released in December 2010.

At Jefferson Consulting, Conrad leads the firm’s federal marketing and business consulting practice.
