GSA's Kempf to take medical leave
FAS Commissioner is expected to be gone for two months.
Steve Kempf, commissioner of the General Services Administration’s Federal Acquisition Service, is taking a 60-day medical leave, according to Federal News Radio.The leave will commence on July 30.
Mary Davie, assistant commissioner of FAS’s Integrated Technology Service, will take over for Kempf in his absence, the report said. There was no indication of the specific medical condition prompting Kempf to take time off.
