Interior center to bolster e-authentication services
The National Business Center seeks pre-solicitation for products and services to support HSPD-12, HR line of business.
The Interior Department’s National Business Center released a pre-solicitation today for procuring information technology services. Interior wants to obtain products and services for Homeland Security Presidential Directive 12 and the Human Resources Line of Business.
The center “has provided financial, information technology, payroll, HR and other services to [Interior] and other government agencies for many years,” the notice states. “It intends to expand its services.”
For HSPD-12, center officials want to offer e-authentication, enrollment, adjudication, infrastructure services, and identification card production and finalization. For human resources, the center seeks business planning, systems engineering and systems integration services.
Interior “views these three initiatives as interrelated to the point that they should be worked together to achieve desired automation and integration,” the notice states.
