ManTech sells stake in U.K. operation
The sale of its minority holding in a joint venture with a British defense contractor will bring year-end income to ManTech.
ManTech International has sold its 40 percent interest to its partner in a United Kingdom-based joint venture company.
ManTech and defense contractor Vosper Thornycroft launched Vosper-ManTech in 1996. The company provides services for the Government Communications Headquarters, a British intelligence agency.
Proceeds from ManTech’s sale to Vosper totaled $4.4 million. The sale will provide about $1.6 million in pretax income for the company’s fiscal quarter that ends in December, according to ManTech.
