Three systems and information technology colonels nominated for brigadier general.
“General Officer Announcements”
The Defense Department announced Aug. 31 that President Bush nominated 31 Army colonels for the rank of brigadier general and three of the service's systems and information technology officers will get to pin on the star.
They include:
Army Col. Ronald Bouchard. He currently serves as deputy commander/assistant commandant of the Army Signal Center and School located at Fort Gordon, Ga.
Army Col. Mark Bowman. He currently works as chief of staff of the Defense Information Systems Agency located in Arlington, Va.
Army Col. Thomas Cole. He currently serves as deputy program manager for program integration for the Future Combat Systems’ Unit of Action located in Warren, Mich.
