Army awards TEIS contracts

STG is one of the winners to provide engineering, information assurance and systems integration services worldwide.

The Army has awarded contracts for the five-year, $804 million Total Engineering and Integration Services (TEIS) program.

STG is one of the winning companies of the indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity deals, said industry officials familiar with the procurement. Army information technology officials did not immediately identify the other winners.

TEIS provides Army installations and operations worldwide with engineering, information assurance and systems integration computer services. In 2000, the Army awarded the first TEIS contract to an industry team led by OAO, which is now Lockheed Martin's Information Technology division in Greenbelt, Md.
