As director of strategic programs for the Federal Solutions Group, his primary focus will be homeland security business development.
Dynamics Research Corp. (DRC) announced that Todd Reynolds has been hired as director of strategic programs in its Federal Solutions Group.
Reynolds, whose primary focus is on homeland security programs, will immediately assist in business development for the Homeland Security Department’s Enterprise Acquisition Gateway for Leading Edge (EAGLE) solutions indefinite-delivery, indefinite-quantity contract.
DRC was recently named one of 25 companies to provide information technology management support services for the contract.
With more than 15 years of IT management experience, Reynolds joins DRC from Perot Systems Government Services, where he most recently served as director of the Infrastructure Solutions Group. In this capacity, he was responsible for several large federal civilian projects at the Agriculture Department, the Library of Congress, the Federal Deposit Insurance Corp. and the Federal Reserve Board. Before that, Reynolds held senior positions at the Engle Group, SI International and CDS.
“With his leadership abilities and understanding of the federal government market, including strategic alliances and partnerships with other IT contractors in the industry, Todd will assuredly be a tremendous asset both to our team and our customers,” Rich Vlaun, DRC’s vice president and general manager of Homeland Security Programs, said in a statement.
